The 6kW Universal Inverter is a versatile grid-tied or off-grid solution in our Universal series. It can be installed independently as a grid-tied net-metering inverter, with provisions for adding batteries (stored energy) in the future.
Another popular option is the IP65 Battery 6kW Universal package, featuring 15kWh of lithium battery storage, a 6kW premium inverter, remote monitoring, and stackable design. This expandable system can grow into a larger energy storage solution over time, offering sufficient power to safeguard the essential loads of an average residential home during utility/grid failure.
When paired with solar and/or a generator, the hybrid solar system ensures a nearly limitless power supply for enhanced energy independence and family security. The 6kW Universal inverter supports up to 7.5kW of PV solar power through its dual MPPT solar chargers, and integrates a 240V generator input with a 2-wire auto start feature.
