Shipping Policy 

Important information

- Free shipping for all orders
- Deadline for orders: 12pm EST
- Order processing time: 1 - 2 working days (Mo - Fr)
- Order transit time: 5-7 working days (Mo - Fr)

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. Construction Tools Direct's primary shipping policy is all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@constructiontoolsdirect.com.

Delayed Order

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 10 business days.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Our customer service will give you confirmation of the order cancellation. 

Damages

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
