Warranty Repair Information
Machine repairs: All machine repairs must be carried out at an authorized MechMaxx service center during the warranty period. You can send the products that require repair to one of our designated locations. Please note the following:
- The warranty period for all MechMaxx machine repairs is 1 year from the date of shipment. If you are unsure whether your machine is still under warranty, please contact us during normal working hours.
- If you choose to repair yourself, you will not receive manual compensation. If you need a part covered by our warranty, please contact us during normal working hours for assistance.
Important note: You can call us to inquire about service hours, business hours, business location, and availability of specific repair work before returning products that require repair. We do not accept returns without you contacting us first.
Please review your machine warranty carefully for coverage, as all relevant content can be found in our product manual.
Warranty Repair Information
The warranty period for our engines is 1 year from the date of shipment. VANGUARD and KOHLER are covered for 3 years, while all other brands are covered for 1 year. Except for the engine, the warranty for the whole machine is 1 year. Unless otherwise stated, all products under normal use will not have material or process defects within one year from the date of shipment. According to our warranty terms, we at MechMaxx have the option to repair, replace, or refund products that are defective or damaged during transportation. However, it is your responsibility to replace normally worn products or parts..
If We agrees to accept a return under warranty, you must obtain return authorization from MechMaxx by phone or email before returning a defective or damaged product. For specific warranty information about your product, please refer to your product manual (which can be found on the product support page).
At MechMaxx, we strive to make the warranty claim process as simple as possible. When you find that your product is not working properly or is encountering problems, please stop the machine and call our customer support team. Our customer support staff can assist with the most common problems over the phone, saving you diagnostic time and minimizing work interruptions.
To expedite the warranty process, you need to provide videos/pictures that reflect the problem and an overall condition description. Such videos, images, or text should be submitted via email to info@mechmaxx.com. Photos and/or videos are required for all warranty claims. A warranty claim cannot be made without an attached photo or video file that proves the issue.
We hope to solve the problem as efficiently and quickly as possible. Because of this, we will cover the cost of the repair parts and standard LTL logistics shipping costs from the warehouse to the customer. Next Day Air freight (NDA) or any other special freight services are not covered by the warranty but can be arranged by the customer at their own expense.
Exclusions OR Situations Not Covered Under Our Warranty:
Damage caused by external forces such as weather is not covered by the warranty. Blades, teeth, clutches, and parts such as PTO shafts and belts and hoses are considered normal wear and tear items and are not covered under warranty unless they are clearly defective. Any modifications or alterations made in any way may void the warranty of the entire machine. Mechmaxx reserves the right to reject any warranty claims in its sole discretion.
